Mixed C&D will be charged at a per ton rate. Please note JKS does not accept hazardous materials such as asbestos, Electronic Waste, Liquids & oils.

We encourage customers to check with our staff prior to dumping for exact pricing on material. Please be aware that some commingled loads may cost more as they require more handling.

Concrete should be kept clean of other contaminants in order to avoid additional fees. Metal reinforcements like rebar are fine, but wire mesh cannot be accepted.

Brick and block are also accepted. Loads will be cheapest if products are kept separate. Commingled loads will cost more as they require more handling. We do not accept any type of contaminated soils.

Ferrous: Modern steel, carbon steel composed of iron and carbon. Example: (sheet metals, structural steel, cast iron, auto parts, steel piping) WE DO NOT ACCEPT APPLIANCES, BARRELS, OR ANYTHING THAT ONCE REQUIRED A VEHICLE TITLE.

Non-Ferrous: Materials that are normally non-magnetic or softer metals. Example: (aluminum, nickel, copper, brass, stainless steel) JKS is no longer accepting ferrous or non-ferrous materials from the general public.
